Code and Data

21 August 2009 · 2 comments

Many of the posts on the Stubborn Mule use the R statistical package for analysis and charts. I have started making my R code available on github. For people not familiar with the git version control system, I will also make some files (code, data, etc) available here. Leave a comment below or drop me a line on twitter @seancarmody if there is anything you would like me to upload here.

This file-sharing widget uses java script, so if you use NoScript or some other technique to block scripts, it will not work. These files can also be accessed via the url http://www.box.net/stubbornmule.

Hi There,
If you would ever start writing posts dealing with R itself,
Consider adding yourself to:
http://www.r-bloggers.com/add-your-blog/

cheers,
Tal

Tal: I have written this introductory R post and may write some more, but there will always be plenty of non R-related material, so perhaps it’s not a great fit.
